Around three times a year, St Giles organises a parish walk. Everyone is invited, including dogs!
The walks, in various locations around Staffordshire and Cheshire, are usually three to four miles in length and take place on a Saturday morning. They usually last a couple of hours, including a a refreshment break half way.
After the walk, we generally go to a local pub for a meal. These walks are a wonderful relaxed way of getting to know each other, chatting as we enjoy the countryside.
Previous walks have taken place around Barlaston, Scholar Green, Audlem, Kidsgrove and many others. In the last two years, the walk has been in the Trentham area, concluding with a barbecue at Tittensor.
